The customer service at Prairie Ridge was amazing from the front desk, tech and the Vet. The tech and vet both took all the time I needed to answer questions and review both of my dog's medical history. They completed a examinations, caught them up on their vaccinations and prescriptions for their Flea and Tick Medicine.
The space was very clean.
I recommend Prairie Ridge for anyone and will continue to take my girls there.”

Talking you through everything and giving you advice on what they would do if it was their fur baby. Receptionists are always extremely helpful and even when busy give you the best customer service. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Companion Animal Hospital. I brought my sweet Rimmy to them when he was passing away. We had brought him in so they could help him peacefully cross the rainbow bridge, but Rimmy passed away on his own before they were able to euthanize him.
From the moment we walked in, the staff and veterinarian were nothing but kind, compassionate, and caring. They treated Rimmy with such gentleness and dignity during one of the hardest moments of our lives, especially after he had been part of our family for 16 years. They also did not charge us for the visit, which was incredibly generous and thoughtful.
But more than anything, I will always remember the compassion they showed us and the love and respect they showed Rimmy. Losing a beloved dog is absolutely heartbreaking, and having people there who truly understand how much our pets mean to us made such a difference.

“I didn't have an established vet when my cat started having some issues. I called everywhere in town and no one could get me in for over a week. All creatures was able to get me an appointment the same day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Blick has been nothing but kind during the process. She is great about keeping me informed, answering any questions and is also very upfront about prices. Would 100% recommend them for your fur baby's!”

“I would highly recommend the Goddard Vet clinic. We have been taking our dogs there for almost 5 years and have had nothing but good experiences. In May our 4 year old dachshund, Oakley, unfortunately lost his battle with cancer. I am so thankful for Dr. Koster and the whole staff that helped us while Oakley was in and out of the clinic. Although losing Oakley in such a sudden way was one of the hardest things we’ve gone through, the staff at Goddard vet clinic helped us get through it. I will never forget their kindness and patience. Once again I would highly recommend Goddard Vet Clinic!!”
