“It's an older store and I'm pretty sure they have had problems keeping the doors open ever since the mall in which it's located has all but been abandoned. Despite the struggling surrounding businesses JCPENNEY has managed to maintain its foothold in the iconic mall of Hays America. The staff is always pleasant, not sure if they still have the salon inside anymore but I always have and I assume I will always enjoy their sales and deals on men's shoes.”

“Decent amount of items on big discount close out sales, some of the staff was having some weird conversations. ? Was a couple that asked if needed help and were friendly”
