We had a horrible experience with Verizon customer service. We went to the great bend store and they turned us away. Went to Hays and Michele saved the day. She made sure everything was good on our account.

Ryan is the definition of what customer service should be like! He had zero problem fixing a huge mess made by another store. Ryan doesn’t take no for an answer, even when it comes to Verizon support. 15 out of 10 would definitely make the 2 hour drive again.

Adam and Thomas were fantastic! Adam helped set up my sons watch up last minute when I was having a hard time. Thomas gave my son great service helping him order a new watch, great staff!
