“I was in yesterday about an hour before close. The two employees were busy on their electronic devices. When the darker headed one found my foot needed measuring, she turned me over to the blonde one, who did try to help. I found a pair of Clarks that could have worked but was eventually told they were $160. When I looked up the Clark website later they were on sale for About $100 less. I will not be back. I think I was interrupting their electronics.”

“Don’t believe the posted online hours!!! They close at 7pm not 8pm! It’s posted litterally on Tradehome website they close at 8pm. I drove 40 miles on a mission to just go to Tradehome . I got caught in a storm still thinking I had time to spare . I showed up at 7:04 and the guy had bag in hand and was ready to walk out the door . I said what time you close ? He said 7. I said damn . He offered to open back up for me which he did . I promise 10 min and I’m out I already know what I want . Bless his heart he opened back up and 10 min was all I took . Tradehome has been my go to as of a few years ago when they had a different store manager and how his customer service was . They go above and beyond for you . Pricey? You Bet! They are so worth it!!!! Thanks again for what you did for me last night!!! You all are the best. I hope all Tradehome employees are truly paid what you all are worth!!! Corporate better keep you all happy . Thanks again GOD BLESS! Hope this review brings you even more customers!
