“I just want to write a good review for the employee Bryan Johnson. He was trying very hard to help us with a problem another employee (manager) caused. He was very sympathetic to our issue and did everything in his power to help. Definitely deserves a raise or promotion for what he has to deal with at this store aka the manager. He also deserves a raise because he genuinely cares about the customers unlike the manager Leilani. Leilani was extremely rude to myself and my mother for an issue she caused. She avoided the problem and continued to walk away and help other customers stating that she couldn’t help us and wouldn’t help us. The proper measures have been taken to make sure the store has a great manager and not a rude one. Hopefully the right thing is done and Bryan is made a manager considering he actually cares about his customers.”
