After not getting great service at the Manhattan store and spending hours on the phone with Verizon we stopped into the Junction City location. Bryan and Leilani went above and beyond to help us!!! We will never go to another location again!! They are the definition of top notch customer service and compassion!!

Super helpful. I went in prepared to buy a new phone because I thought my current phone was broken. They took a quick look and did some cleaning and everything is okay. I don't need a new phone but I'll go back when I do!
