“I called and spoke to Johnathan he was polite and professional. He gave me a price for a tire and a rim. I told him that I would be there in about 2 hours. After I arrived he checked me in and told me that it would be about 10 minutes to pull the truck in and he would come out and let me know. He said that they should be done within the hour.
