My car is currently at B street awaiting parts for repair, so technically I haven’t even seen their work yet, but I have already been so impressed with the customer service! From the minute I first contacted them, everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has been so nice and informative. Another thing that really impressed me was the night I went to drop my car off, I was unaware that some bad weather was headed towards the shop. A nice man and woman working there were in the process of getting as many cars in the shop as they could fit but there was not enough space for mine. They helped me make arrangements to take my car home for the night to keep it in the garage to avoid hail damage and return the next morning. I just thought that was so kind and considerate of them looking out for me and my car. Thank you B Street for your amazing service. I can’t wait to see my car when it’s finished!”

“My entire windshield needed replaced after being cracked by a rock on the highway. Being a Toyota, the backup camera was a challenge to recalibrate. My driveway wasn't a great place to do that as there was a lot of dappled light and reflections to deal with on that hot, sunny day. But my tech was a very good problem solver and kept at it until he succeeded, which same me from having to take my vehicle to a Safelite location for the recalibration. I wish I could remember his name, but he was a different tech than the original email said would be coming. This tech was very kind, professional, conscientious, and courteous.”

“They did an awesome, amazing, spectacular job on my Volks Wagon Atlas. We had a road hazard on the front portion of the hood. Something flew off of a truck on the highway and hit our hood. They also fixed some door dents. These are difficult to fix but they made them unnoticeable without putty. Highly recommended”
