“I have been going here with my family for years. The only downside is the price but we see it as a splurge so we usually come just for one night once a year. We always arrive a few hours early and our room is usually ready. The water park is awesome, something for everyone. They have improved the food service over the years, they have vegan options and mocktails which are really great. We did the magiquest one year it is really time consuming so we would not do it again. The rooms are really cute, sometimes we get a regular room but a few times we have reserved a kid cabin which has a separate bunk bed. This place is really a top notch indoor water park. It is very clean and safe. I have never been in the summer but they have some outdoor stuff as well. Eta: kids beds are terrible, my kids always complain about how uncomfortable they are. Cute themed rooms but bed comfort leaves a lot to be desired”

“The new manager was super nice and helpful . Housekeeping was supposed to clean the room before we got in but they didn't so we cleaned it ourselves. Not bad for a cheap motel, rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but not bad. Usually in cheap motels like this you would expect some kind of bugs, not a single one in sight though. Happy surprise there !! Haha just being honest !”

“My room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The AC works great and had enough plug-ins for my stuff. The only downside was the elevator was out, they're waiting on a part for it. My room is on the 3rd floor but the front desk guy was kind enough to help me carry my bag up. I truly appreciated that!! I've stayed here before and I will again. Thank you BW+❤”

“I have read a lot of the reviews before i went ahead and reserved my room. They tell a lot if your read between the lines. I honestly had a very good experience here. My room was exactly what I needed. There are no bells and whistles. The room was cool and the beds were clean and for the most part the room itself was in pretty good shape. It didn't smell funky or feel wet. Like others i have stayed in. The price not bad. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I will not stay in a hotel if they're isn't any breakfast with your stay. And so far they're breakfast was the best part of my stay. They give you plenty of options and I loved it. Now with all that said. Do they need to update? Yes. But if they do that to much the price of they're stay will sky rocket. So if you're going there with the intentions of staying in a 4star hotel. Your are going to be disappointed. But if you are needing a decent place to stay. That is clean and the staffed is pleasant and accommodating with a free breakfast and a decent price. This is your place to go. I wasn't going to give them a 4 star? But I decided to go ahead and give them one simply because. They gave back my deposit really fast! After we had checked out. Otherwise I would have gave them a 3 star, because I had no idea. There was a $150 deposit fee until I got there to check-in. We were there because my granddaughter is in stage 5 kidney failure, and we are pretty much funds out. And that $150 i really needed it. Would I stay there again? Yes, I would. Would. I suggest other people. Yes, I would, but I would warn them about the $150 deposit. They really need to put it to where people can see it. When they go and, reserve their room.”
