“Stayed NYE so price was more expensive then normal. Room was great. Location is perfect. Bar was not open for Chiefs game so ran to Bally's casino to sports bar. There also is Old Chicago a block away.”

“We arrived an hour early and they were accommodating and allowed us to check in. customer service check-in was a breeze. The rooms are pretty dated but decent and clean. Set up and layout it’s just a little bit different from several other Holiday Inns I’ve used. Breakfast is great!”

“This hotel stretches for a quarter of a mile, yes walking around it can easily eat up 25 minutes of your day, luckily the many entr-ways helps to break the massive complex into navigable blocks of suites. Its location just north of the river/downtown and 5 minutes from the major highways is not accidental and has always drawn in those passing through KC. Rooms are a solid 'decent' with end tables, desk/chair, dresser and fridge (room 276).Bathroom is spacious enough for most with a shower tub combo, no exhaust fan but an endless supply of hot water. Tub drained well and there was not backed-up water during use- who likes to stand in water that is being impeded. Cleaning crew is routinely visible and responsive on requests.There is a bar and grill inside the complex that serves up staple and delicious bites, live music can also be found here at times.North Kansas City officers routinely patrol the parking lot, which can be good or bad depending on how your vehicle may scan to the automatic license plate readers systems their patrol cars have.There is a large baseball/ walking trail /tennis court park due north and within walking distance.East and West you can find myriad of fast food and urban shopping options.”

“It's a decent place for an ok nights sleep. The fridge didn't get too cold, but we were only trying to keep water cold. The only small issue I had was the amount of air "fresheners" that were stuffed in the vent of the air conditioner.”
“The location is nothing and hard to get Ubers so plan to drive yourself. Hotel is very new and clean and the breakfast guy is awesome - it’s a sit down proper breakfast. but staff/service otherwise was weird and unhelpful.”
