“Donna was amazing and so helpful. She kept the food stocked in the morning and counters wiped and clean. She was great with the younger kids trying to get things. Very personal with everyone. The carpet in the rooms were sticky but everything else was great”
“My husband and I arrived at 2:30 in the morning in the middle of a storm that had knocked out the power. Security came outside to make sure we knew we were welcome and did a great job making us as comfortable as they could. Staff was super friendly and cheerful! Great stay will definitely stay again.”
“People come and spend thousands a year to have a fun experience and sometimes leave the casino in a bad way, so the hotel should at least make you feel valued when you have leveled up to top tiers. I had a couple of bad experiences here at the hotel with some staff and the upper management but Brandon (the night manager) made everything better. I would hope that the upper level management could learn a few things from him. I hope he gets a chance to advance because this place needs true leadership and this guy should be the example for how to treat a customer.”

“I have stayed here about a year straight and I have never had a problem with any other staff or with my room being cleaning in this place has been very nice they treat people very good they even know a lot of people to come in and stay your health problems so all those reviews you see that are negative is bull crap this is an excellent hotel with terrific staff”

“We enjoyed our stay at Element in North Kansas City. At times it felt a little bit far from all of the activities in the city, yet it was close enough to downtown and actually felt nice to escape back to the hotel after a busy day in the city. The hotel area was clean. Breakfast was fresh off the griddle and tasty. The pool was small, and there was no hot tub; our family still enjoyed the pool area.”
