“Went in Friday looking for Ms. Tammy because she is always so helpful & courtesy but she was off work . So went over to customer service and was greeted by Ms Rhonda when I tell you Ms. Rhonda was delightful, extremely courteous and exceeded all my needs not to mention she just started there but she stood behind the counter with so much confidence & grace and the most beautiful smile this is why I love shopping here at Kohls because of the top notch service I receive here which is very hard to find in retail in this day and time! “I loved this place I sure thought I was gonna be able to find me some jeans, I have a hard time finding my size, 30w 40 inseam. They have a lot to choose from. But I couldn't afford there prices for them. Maybe someday I will be able to go back and get me a pair. I did get myself a few outfits though. They are very cute on me, I also found a nice dress.”

“Great service and very helpful staff. Sean was very professional when processing my order and showing me the firearms I was interested in. While my order/ background check was being processed I was wandering the store and had two other employees ask if I needed assistance. I haven’t had the chance to use the range but it appears to be a very nice and well maintained. Will definitely shop here again.”

“Practically everything is 50-60% off but a lot of places at the Legend's are due to them being Outlets but Eddie Bauer has Large Tall in-store which is incredibly rare. I have to order the majority of my professional shirts online due to being 6'3 so actually having them on hand in sweaters, jackets, pants, long and short sleeve T-shirts will have me coming back for a long time.”

“Very clean store! Good prices! The only problem I had was that the staff didn’t seem too friendly and really didn’t want to be there. I was waiting patiently behind 3 people buying items and someone returning an item when a member was just folding clothes and seemed like they could have helped out. But maybe the other register wasn’t open but just seemed odd to me. I know it was a busy weekend and they were just done for the day. I understand I have been there too. But they do have some great clothes and prices like I said in the beginning!!!”

I truly want to recognize one of the sales associates(Venus L) who assisted us later in the day—she did an excellent job, was patient, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. She made our experience enjoyable and represented the brand very well.
However, I was disappointed with my experience earlier in the morning with another sales associate. She was rude, showed a poor attitude, and brought the wrong shoes more than twice despite clear communication. This behavior did not reflect the level of service expected from Tory Burch.”

“If this place was closer to my house I'd go more often. It's a huge store and the girl that helped me was very helpful. I was shopping for a gift and wasn't sure about the size. I'd brought a shirt with me to compare sizes and she helped me decide the right size to pick, etc. They have great prices. The clothing is maybe not the highest quality, but when you pay less, you can have more variety in your closet. They have some cute shoes too. They were really marking the prices down on the summer selection, but looks like you have to wear the smaller shoe sizes to get anything left over! I know this isn't the most appealing part of town, but this little mall is actually pretty nice. I've never had a bad experience there.”

“I live in Texas and ordered a pair of Anderson Bean Ostrich boots online from Nigro's. I had some questions about them and everyone I talked to on the phone was very pleasant. I also had a custom request where I needed the boot straps dyed a different color. Most stores would have told me "no way," but David Nigro, Jr. was happy to dye them for me before shipping out. I got them today and they are beautiful boots, exactly as expected. I will definitely be back to buy more boots in the future!”
