“Staff is always super friendly. Drop offs inside always get scanned even when left at the drop off counter. Drop offs in the outside 'drive-thru' drop-off box seem to not be getting scanned lately. Normally not an issue, but it is worth noting if you send a lot of tracked packages they should always be taken inside even if they are shipped in very small boxes or bubble mailers.”

Then he walked me over to the self serve copier and walked me through printing all my documents, helping choose which were black and white or one-sided or double-sided.
