Because of the unknown timeframe for my car to be ready, and opposite party insurance being a nuisance, I needed to continue updating my rental. Austin, Zack, and Jaden were great to work with. They made sure everything was good to go for the month. Very communicative with logistics of my rental and had answers for every question I gave them. Recommend going here if you're in the area.”

Great service the guy behind the counter was great he knew I wasn't having a good day, he got me to laugh a few times and he let me pick out my own car. ❤️Oh oh get this he also told me I could leave the car at the collision place when my car was done. Never had been told that.??”

“We rented a car for 5 days. I was very pleased with the rental. The care ride was great. The Customer Service that we received before and after was great. Marlon was are agent before and after. Very welcoming, went over the rental agreement, asked if we had any questions or concerns. Marlon called me to verify they had received the car back and would start the process for return of the deposit. Marlon thanked me using enterprise, advised they have cars for sale and if there was anything we needed in the future just give him call. Job well done Marlon!Sherry”

“We had to get a Rental Car while our vehicle was in the shop, first went through Budget and did not have the best experience turned that car in and went to Enterprise. The customer service was great and when I arrived to pick up the rental they had it parked up front ready and waiting for me. It was super fast and convenient to pick up and drop off. We ended up having to keep the rental longer then expected, but Enterprise was so understanding and willing to accommodate us. Definitely, will be using Enterprise again if needed.”
“I do not recommend it, they never returned our deposit, they invented that we returned the car without gasoline when we cleaned it inside and out and filled the tank ???❌️❌️❌️Be careful when we went to complain there were always people doing the same thing.”

I have rented quite a few cars using Enterprise as well as other car rental companies and the service I received at this location was much more superior than I have ever received at any other location. Everyone was extremely helpful making sure to answer all my questions thoroughly. They were pleasant and made me feel as if my business was important to them. I have never felt this at any car rental company. This was a first for me! From my first telephone conversation with the staff person who assisted me with my initial reservation to picking up my car where I was met at the counter by an extremely friendly and very personable Meka Edwin, everything went smoothly. “We rented the Mercedes Sprinter Van for a family of 8 for a week. Deb was awesome!!!! The van was awesome!!! We had all kinds of room, the kids watched Netflix while going down the road, the seats are extremely comfortable and handles better than my car. We will definitely rent again. It was all around a great experience!!! We enjoyed it so much, we didn't want to give it back.”
