“I came into the store on Monday this week, 8/31. I did not have an appointment but was hoping I'd be able to get someone to help me. The store was busy, but I was immediately greeted. When I explained what I needed (help with resetting my MacBook Air), I was quickly introduced to a gentleman named Ryan. He was friendly and eager to help me. He even helped train a coworker who was also eager to learn how to reset my specific model/OS. My experience was above and beyond what normal customer service is today at most places. They were all very friendly, very willing to help, and they showed me some new products that I hadn't yet seen or experienced. 5 stars from me - great work to this team. And it just shows how well this store is managed. They must hire great team members, train them well, and create a culture where employees want to do good work. Kudos to all of you.”
