“In my experience, few companies do customer service as well as Apple. Case in point: Today’s trip to replace my ancient, ailing iPhone. The store was hoppin less than half an hour after they opened (on a Sunday), but it didn’t take long to be acknowledged and assigned to CJ, a whippersnapper who is *very good* at what he does. This guy is smart, fast, friendly, super professional, and a master multitasker. And he knows his stuff when it comes to iPhones. Great experience start to finish.”

Once in awhile I'm here for big consumer electronics like TVs and computers, but the ones I get here work so well I generally only need to come back for supplies and accessories. I really love their MakerSpace section, with hobbyist electronics and tools, and they have an extensive selection of 3D Printer filament with lots of different colors and types of filament. “I’ve come to this phone repair shop twice. The first time was to replace a broken screen, and the second time was because my phone was frozen and I couldn’t turn it off. The person working there was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly.
They also helped with another phone I had that wouldn’t charge by cleaning the charging port, and it worked perfectly afterward. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was fast and professional.
From now on, if I have any problems with my phone, I’ll come here instead of buying a new one.

“What wonderful service! I came here three different times (by choice) to transfer from my horrible other phone company to T-Mobile because all my friends talked about how great the service was. Day 1 I worked with Braidan who was very patient because I was trying to add the line for a family member who lives out of state. He explained all the steps I needed to follow and made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store. Once that was taken care of, I returned to the store a few days later and met with Bicardi. I was on a time crunch to attend a service and he was able to quickly complete the next step of switching the phone lines . My family and I decided to go back by choice in person and we met with Lauren who took our trade in phones and made sure that the other phone company had finally released me from their service.
The store is clean, check-in is easy, and these employees are courteous to customers. My other phone carrier could have cared less about me. Tmobile should see why this store has excellent customer service! If I ever have to go in person for customer support, I will definitely pick this store. Thank you.”

“They have fun here. You could probably just go and put a flash drive in the photo machine and have a good time with the staff. Big fan of this place even though I feel a little conflicted because an independent pharmacy is a few blocks away, using one of which is a rare pleasure.I can't imagine fussing about customer service here. The pharmacists are fast enough that if you use basic social skills to figure out in what order people have arrived in the waiting area and get to the desk accordingly, you should see how quickly they're actually working. The only thing that keeps it slower is when they're working with someone to get their insurance sorted out and that's an indictment of America and an endorsement of their efficiency.It's a location of a big corporation. So just use the app and get in and get out faster than about anywhere else.”

“I had an excellent experience last week with the Town Center store. Went in to replace my kids sync up watch under warranty. James, the Mgr, quickly set me up by ordering a new watch to arrive the next day, which it did.
Unfortunately, that watch was still tethered to the previous acct holder, and after an hour of working with a store rep (who also spent time on the phone with tech support) we were unable to pair with this watch.
They ordered another replacement for me, shipped to my home. Received that unit and it wouldn't connect to a cell/wireless signal for pairing with my account. Went back to the store and spoke with Becca who was great.
She and James (Mgr.) assisted in quickly upgrading me to the newer watch version, checked to make sure it was connected/working and got me out the door quickly and professionally.
All employees I interacted with in the several visits to the Town Center store were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help solve my dilemma. I'm very happy with the service I received here and recommend anyone looking for a top notch customer experience (harder to find these days) to visit James and his team.”
