“The Apple Store is very clean, neat, organized and professional. There are several display areas with samples of their phones and tablets tethered to the displays.A staff coordinator will engage you to see if you need a consultant. If so, you will be put in queue and someone will get to you in a few minutes.The consultant/sales person will answer questions and assist as they can. All staff are bright, upbeat, engaging and helpful.When you purchase something, another staffer brings it out to you and your sales person rings it up on their iPhone. She also registered the phone with our carrier - T-Mobile.Then your sales consultant sends you to a back table to be with an installation consultant who helps you configure your phone - download contacts and files.All in all, it is an efficient and pleasant experience.”
