“I am always impressed with the service I receive at this location. Recently, I had to pick up a colonoscopy prep kit that was sent by my dr's office to the wrong pharmacy; in the meantime, the staff had the kit transferred AND found me a coupon. This is standard practice for this staff--above and beyond every time! Still, I am baffled by the impatience and poor manners displayed by other customers. Do these people not understand that there are staffing shortages and we are still very much in a pandemic? Come on!”

“The carwash was rebuilt recently and the owners reportedly spent nearly $600k on it. I buy the highest-level wash in batches of three which ends up being buy two get one free. Not a bad deal. The laser light show could send someone into an epileptic seizure and is kind of annoying on subsequent visits. The first time I went I listened to the ridiculous music and enjoyed the show, but by now it's getting a bit old. I wish there was an option to disable the "show" before entering. Oh well, I'll tolerate it because the wash job is awesome and even does a great job of getting brake dust off the wheels. I see the Leawood and PV cops drive through with all their exterior lights and stuff on the cars and they don't seem to get mulched up, but I don't know if I'd recommend entering with a bunch of exterior modifications.”

“I got my Booster shot! After getting my two Covid-19 vaccinations at Okun Fieldhouse in March 2021 and April 2021, I was happy to walk to my local CVS and get my Booster shot. Although I needed to make an appointment, on the day of my vaccination it was very little wait time and chairs were available to rest. No problems at all. Very happy that CVS was providing this service.”

“I've had good & bad experiences at their location on State Line, but my experience at this location the other day was just great. $9 for a drive-thru wash is on the pricier side, but they do hand dry it for you- nice bonus. The staff was very nice and welcoming, smiling as they worked- love to see that!”

“The pharmacy and its staff at this store is horrible. The tall white guy, rude. Saw him “dress down” an elderly woman because she couldn’t find her insurance card quickly enough. I guess my question would be, if you’re so miserable why do you still work there? And furthermore, why would the management allow their pharmacy personnel to act in this manner. Will never use this store again and I believe I’m done with the brand as well. There’s a lot of competition out there.”

“I’m a nurse at a local retirement community. On this day one of my patients needed an antibiotic which I called in at 4:30pm. The pharmacy had already made their delivery to our community so the patient’s wife who is elderly herself was going to have to pick up this prescription in inclement weather. Pharmacist Ed went above and beyond his duties by offering to deliver the medication to the community at the end of his shift which he did. I am beyond impressed by his kindness which reassures me that good people still exist.”
