“My wedding ring needed repair and I wanted to add two diamond bands that I had inherited. Sherry at the Town Center location listened to my wishes and made specific notes on my repair ticket. My ring was promised by today and Sherry and their incredible jeweler made it happen even though earlier today the head for my diamond hadn't been delivered yet due to a delay in shipping. Sherry was so nice to call and apologize that it likely wouldn't be ready by end of day. So imagine my surprise when I received a second call from her 40 minutes before they closed to say it was done! The jeweler stayed a little late just to finish it and honor the date they promised! I have been a customer at this store for years and this is why I keep coming back for all of my jewelry needs!”
