“We recently took our wedding rings in to Helzberg Diamonds (Town Center) to have them cleaned. When Ashley returned them, they literally sparkled! Manager Andy then showed us some of the beautiful jewelry displayed throughout the store. He pointed out the darling stuffed animals that customers could either purchase for gifts or to donate for children in the hospital.As we circled throughout the displays, we caught sight of an exquisite gold cross with a beautiful chain that echoed the gleam of the cross. Santa (my husband) then purchased that gold cross and chain for my Christmas present!!Katie, another staff member entered all our current and former jewelry information (from our paper forms) into their database. The management, staff, and inventory of fantastic jewelry is an extravaganza not to be missed!!”

Elizabeth was so kind and helpful, she showed us different options to help my fiancé narrow down what kind of ring he would love and informed us of the different ways we could customize each ring to suit his needs. She also helped us figure out both of our ring sizes and cleaned my engagement ring for free and went over payment plans. Over all, if you're looking for a warm and welcoming environment with very knowledgeable staff and a more personal experience, I would absolutely recommend shopping here.”

“My fiancé and I went into TIVOL to explore wedding bands. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Christopher and Percy. The two of them made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We were greeted and offered water, coffee or champagne! They are so knowledge about the wedding bands and answered all questions we had in an easy to understand way. They cleaned my engagement ring that I hadn't gotten there and it came out looking so sparkly! After purchasing our wedding bands we explored the watches. We will definitely be going back in the near future and always requesting Christopher and Percy!”
