Elizabeth was so kind and helpful, she showed us different options to help my fiancé narrow down what kind of ring he would love and informed us of the different ways we could customize each ring to suit his needs. She also helped us figure out both of our ring sizes and cleaned my engagement ring for free and went over payment plans. “My fiancé and I went into TIVOL to explore wedding bands. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Christopher and Percy. The two of them made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We were greeted and offered water, coffee or champagne! They are so knowledge about the wedding bands and answered all questions we had in an easy to understand way. They cleaned my engagement ring that I hadn't gotten there and it came out looking so sparkly! After purchasing our wedding bands we explored the watches. We will definitely be going back in the near future and always requesting Christopher and Percy!”
