“I had them do some work on my cars’ worn older front end and an alinement. Then one of the new parts unforeseeably turned out to be defective causing noise and rattles, so I called them, took it in & they fixed the problem with a new part with no charge for parts, labor nor excuses about me doing something to cause the problem, etc…..excuses that one could easily expect to get at almost any big brand name national chain auto repair shop….how refreshing & honest is doing business with ACE…..a first class shop with first class people for owners who stand behind their work! My friends had told me about ACE Stearing & Break and I now tell others.”

“Colton Wiley did a great job acquiring a Prius for me and answering any questions while the building, shipping, and delivering was in progress. I had been told it would be 6-12 months before a car would be available from several dealerships, and when I contacted him, he checked his lists and matched me to a car that had just been allocated to Crown Toyota. Two months later, I have my car, and love it. I made the initial contact by inquiring about an existing car through the Internet link on their website, and he contacted me practically immediately and took the time to check to see if anything coming in would be available. Tristan listens, is honest, and does more than connect you with what you're asking for, he can also suggest what you might need without pushing. The non-pushing part cannot be emphasized enough. I know many people dread their next car purchase due to the experience of being sold some thing. My advice is to do your research before you go in, ask for Tristan, and get a reliable vehicle with local service.”

“I finally decided to change insurance companies after several rate hikes. No wrecks, no tickets, no claims but hikes regardless. AAA saved me over $500 for identical coverage. We had been AAA roadside members for 8 years, have had occasion to use them for car lockout, dead battery and towing due to transmission troubles in a bad snow storm. My experience with this agency was great, and very responsive. Their roadside assistance was cheaper than road hazard insurance from previous company. I couldn't be happier with AAA.”

“I purchased a 2018 Toyota Prius Prime Plus from Dale Willey Honda in September of 2023. It was a great experience. I initially called to see if the car was still on the lot and spoke with Monte. I told him I was coming from one hour away. I scheduled a time it all went smooth. My sales person was Libby. She was very kind and professional. I went on a lengthy test drive, and Libby showed me how to connect an electrical charger to the car. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and my experience with Dale Willey Honda was top notch. My only complaints are that : 1. I wished the detail person would have vacuumed between the front seats better. 2. The door guard trim is coming loose on a couple of spots. I did call Libby and I will be arranging to bring the car in to have this corrected. I'm enjoying the car and am happy with my purchase.”

Even drove the car around front for me when it was done.But the biggest plus was that she called me ahead of time to alert me to an issue with my insurance company so I could contact them and try to straighten things out. ?”
