The installers are frankly as kind of people as you'll ever meet. They're ACES.

“Vehicle batteries have gotten pretty pricey. Although you get a 2 year warranty with new batteries. You still can't beat the price that this place sells. The life expectancy of a recycled battery is 2 or more years. But even if one of his batteries doesn't last 2 years. You could buy 4 recycled batteries for the price of one band new battery w/ a 2 year warranty. Draw back is the store hours. But the savings are worth the wait for the place to open.”

“I have never been to not in love store that has been so gracious with their knowledge and help without any commitment of buying anything I was able to discern the issues with my vehicle and then I decided to make a purchase through the vigilance of David and his remarkable ability to be able to generally assess the situation and do what he is asked of without any hesitation. “Due to my car needing a jump start, I thought I probably needed a new battery. I drove over to this O'Reilly location to get my battery tested. I was greeted with a hello and a how can we help you, when I entered. I explained the situation but the manager directed an associate (Brian) to check the battery and connections, first. Brian tested the battery and although it was several years old, it was still good. Brian took the time to clean the battery posts, connections and reconnect everything. My car started right up. Brian's first thought was about customer service, not just making a sale. They have my business and loyalty.”
“Needed new batteries in my camper and Batteries Plus had the batteries, installed them and recycled old batteries. Deep cycle batteries are heavy. It started to rain and the associate continued working till job was complete.”
“I went there to get a new Headlight light bulb. I am a senior and know nothing about cars. They young man- red hair- red beard came out to my car took out the old bulb and put the new bulb in a matter of minutes. He was super friendly and helpful. I asked him if I could pay him for installing it and he said no. This might not be a big deal to some, but to me his help was a huge kindfull gesture. Thank you!”

“This place has been here for many years, always had good service! I know other people that shop here! Yes, they have high prices but good quality products! I had to get a new battery! Two prices on for $195 with two two years warranty and the other for $222. With a three year warrant! They will install your battery for me, they can look up any parts you need! They can also see if another store has the parts for you, the store is easy to get around,”

“I’ve been loyal to these guys since 2002. Here’s why… I needed a new alternator and they sold me one that had the wrong set of teeth. This in turn chewed up my belt and caused an even bigger problem. I had the car towed to a repair shop and called them and told them the situation. They were apologetic, asked where my car was at and they paid for the entire repair and had a new alternator delivered amd my car was repaired and ready to go all in the same day. Every time I’ve gone in there, since, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in helping me repair whatever needs repaired. You deal with the other guys and the level of knowledge and genuine friendliness is nowhere close. O’Reilly is the best and no one, based on all of my dealings with them, could tell me different. Don’t waste time with other spots, let these guys get you what you need and beget on with it.”

“I had taken my daughter to Kansas University for an appt and my Tahoe overheated I called O'Reilly Auto Parts on Wordall Rd in KC I explained to a young man named Courtney that I am a very short woman and I didn't think I would be tall enough to put antifreeze in by myself and he told me to cone on in and he would do it for me ... he knew who I was the minute I got there (probably cuz I am short ha ha) he was super nice, friendly and helpful. We had to wait a bit for it to cool down but he came back out and put it in. He had the greatest personality, and I appreciate that from a customer service standpoint... “I am not a car guy and I stopped at the location by my house which is on shawnee drive. Nick was there to greet me right away. I explained I'm not a car guy and if he had a minute would mind attempting to help me. Without hesitation he said he would definitely take a look and see if he could help me. I'm a GM of local restaurant and I was super impressed with his professionalism and he didn't act like it was a bother. Definitely someone I'd keep around if not promote.
