“I was referred to Newmans by some “car people” friends and was so happy with the work done. Damage was teenager vs Mailbox that resulted in a generous dent and scratches. Since it was a teenagers car we didn’t want to spend a fortune and the shop gave us options on how to help keep the cost down-choices on what really needed to be done and things that we could save a few bucks on. Very transparent and no pressure. I got a couple of bids and theirs was in line with the other shops on the area. What really set them apart for me was service. Everyone was friendly and nice, the phone never went to a machine, and they were able to get the work done ahead of the quoted time. I’ll be back !”

Once they got the vehicle in person, they adjusted the estimate up slightly due to broken parts that they could not see in photos. They communicated efficiently about the repair work and timeline. When I picked the vehicle up, it was all put back together and looks great. The final price was less than the estimate as well. I don't like having to deal with broken vehicles, but when I do, I'm coming back to Tanner's.”
