“I scraped my Miata and went to several auto body shops for a quote. The quotes were in the thousands. My last stop was KC Elite Car Care. When I arrived, it was confusing because the building was labeled TDC. I went in anyways and they came out to look at my car. They said most of the scrape could be taken off by a polisher and they did it free of charge. I was so surprised and happy with the results. “I visited the Olathe Ford website looking to trade in my 2016 Escape. I found three cars that I really liked. The next day Antonio Smith contacted me to schedule an appointment to come in and even offered to bring one of the cars over to test drive and we would take my car to evaluate it to see what they would offer me towards a trade in. I was working and didn’t have time to bring the car back that day so we made an appointment for me to come in to look at all three cars. When I went out to my car the battery was dead because of the cold, he actually wanted to come by and jump it for me but I had already found someone to come by. Once my car was up and running by the time I arrived at Olathe Ford I think Antonio had given up on me. He quickly found a 2020 Ford Escape SEL for me to test drive that ticked off all the boxes of what I always dreamed of having. They evaluated my car and by the time I arrived back at the dealership he had the offer amount they would give me for my car. The offer was more than I had expected and I accepted it and started the process of buying the car I test drove. He then took me to meet with Sam Othman in Finance. Sam asked a few questions then had me go to a waiting area where he told me it would take about 20 minutes to get approved. Well it took less than 20 minutes and Sam had everything put together for me to sign. Both Antonio and Sam were so accommodating and made the whole process go so smooth and quick. I will recommend all of my friends and acquaintances needing a new car to Olathe Ford, and especially to Antonio Smith.”
