“If it weren't for FRANCISCO I wouldn't shop at this particular TJ (for reasons below). Francisco has helped me a lot with very large area rugs, a few had to be exchanged, but he was always courteous and helpful I just bought a recliner and of course Francisco delivered nothing less than excellent customer service. Thank you Francisco!!

Otherwise, for some reason the TJ at 95th is always understaffed making customers wait in line f-o-r-e-v-e-r...that goes from the front of the store clear back to the restrooms at the back. The dressing rooms are filthy that makes you not want to take off your shoes to try on clothes, and the restrooms are disgusting and very poorly ventilated and without papertowels.

These days, I only go there if other TJ Maxx locations don't have what I'm looking for AND only if Francisco is working. He makes the other not-so-good things a bit easier to tolerate. The star rating for Francisco is a 5, but otherwise the store is a 2 at best. The 4 star is only so Francisco's service is perceived postively!”

“This was the first Nordstrom rack I have been to. It was fun to explore the clothes and shoe selection they have. I plan to return in the future as they are always getting in new items. I love getting items on discount so this is a great store for me.”
