βMy shopping visit was 90% successful. My wife and I were shopping for clothes for a Caribbean vacation. As we walked in the top floor entrance we saw several sets of luggage at a great price. My wife had a mailer coupon with a 50% coupon. We thought about purchasing it but decided to waitband sed how much we spent on shorts and swim suits. I found a great deal in Saint John's Bay men's shorts for only $14.99 each. I bought 4 pair. I found on beachy print shirt nd bought it for the lust price of $34 knowing that I would pay $17 with our 50% off coupon. My wife bought a nice swim suit and a couple of other things. We thought we were under budget and decided to buy the 3 piece luggage and the price in the luggage was $129.99. At the register the final cost was was higher than we calculated. We simultaneously said we have the 50% off coupon. The person replied a couple of items didn't apply to the discount. And of course one of them was the luggage. Then she said something that annoyed me.She said the luggage will get 10% off. When I'm in public with other people waiting in line and get annoyed at something she said, I don't come off mad or angry but I do get comically sarcastic. I said so where does it say the luggage qualifies for a discount but not the 50% discount? She didn't answer and put her head down. I realized I may have embarrassed her so I said alright we will take the luggage. We were disappointed that we didn't get the 50% off but we did get good deals on the clothes. So that's why I said we were 90% successful because we only received 10% off the luggage.β
βRecently decided to try cologne after 36 years of not being a cologne person. Meredith at the cologne/perfume counter was so helpful, she walked my wife and I through each smell and helped us pick out something great.β

βVery well stocked location. It's very organized and clean as well. I could shop here for days and still not see every item they have. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They are almost always packed through, for good reason. Love this location!β
βI just got my eyebrows threaded at the Dillardβs Spa by Kaur! She was fabulous. Gentle yet produced amazing results. I will be coming back here for all of my eyebrow needs!β

βIt's a great place for art supplies, candy, gifts, and electronic gizmos. The place can be a mess, but it's not necessarily their fault. As a lot of retail stores seem to have children come in all ages, and just throw things everywhere.β

βWe ordered a Radley sectional eight years ago. It has really held up well to our family of six and our pets. Just went in and ordered another Radley for a different room. The employees are helpful and of course thereβs always sales!β
βThis review is solely for Cafe Nordstrom, located on the third floor. Honestly some of the best salads and sandwiches you'll find in the metro, tucked away in a department store cafe! Excellent cheddar chive biscuits and soup as well.β

BE AWARE THEY TAKE APPOINTMENTS AND PRIORITIZE APPOINTMENTS. That means, while Iβve been doing walk ins at Wal-Mart for about 20+ years, Iβm now stuck in an endless wait cycle due to appointments that might or might not happen. So far, the weight has been many hours with no end in sight. So, either have an appointment or stay away from this location. Itβs a smaller store and seems completely understaffed; so, although they will check your car in, you will wait till they have enough time between appointmentsβ¦ so, you will be waiting forever.β

βWent here on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy. There was a long line to check out but the line actually went fast. This store was typical Walmart. There are EV charging stations at the far end of the parking lot.β

βA week ago I placed an online grocery order and accidentally ordered it to this location (meant to go to the other Walmart on the other side of metcalf). When this store called me to tell me they couldnβt find me in the pick up area, they were so kind with my airheadedness when I was trying to clarify that I did goof up and went to the wrong location. (Seriously, that person I talked to was so patient when I asked multiple questions about their location because I just could not fathom that I made this mistake.) They were kind enough to let me pick my groceries up two hours after I had originally said I would be there and were quick to bring my groceries out when I did show up. This may seem like the βbare minimumβ but for me, I was overwhelmed and embarrassed so their kindness and seemingly non-judgemental response to my mistake was truly my saving grace on that day. It was a little thing that could have easily sent me in a spiral but instead was such an easy fix. I donβt usually review stores, but I clicked too fast on the app for the βreview my orderβ and only gave the 5 stars but not this long-winded βthank youβ. I hope everyone that was working that day (because it was also one of the coldest days of the year) hit every green light home that day and their pillows were cold when they went to bed. Thank you for your kindness to someone you didnβt know in a world that feels like kind people are hard found.β
βCan always find a good deal here! I actually went the day before Christmas for a few last minute things and was extremely impressed with all the staff!! Even though it was very crowded and there was a very long line for checkout, they evidently planned well for this and were staffed well!! The line moved VERY quickly and staff were great. ? you could see the staff were really working and maybe close to being overloaded but they were still very nice and polite.β

βI love coming to this place and all the stuff is cute, however, it is starting to become apparent that sellers are using their βsmall businessβ title to sell things that they bought from large multibillion dollar companies for a very low price, and they put a price that would be about 10x the price than what they bought it for. There are a lot of great sellers with handmade products, but something thatβs began to push it over the edge are some of the sellers selling βlafufusβ. Itβs starting to feel like going to the mall with all those cheap little toys that they charge you extra for. This place used to be a five stars for me, but recently, itβs been going downhill. I would still recommend it, but just keep an eye out for things you could probably get elsewhere for a better price, unless it is a handmade custom product by the seller. Other than that, this place is magical around Christmas time and there ARE sellers that have amazing products.β
