“I’ve banked with Equity for about five years now. The staff at Central and Maize are absolutely amazing. I’m always greeted with kind smiles and friendly conversation as soon as I walk in. I’ve been to other locations and the staff has consistently been very curt with me so I’ve just kind of learned to only use this location because you can tell that they genuinely enjoy their job based on their attitude. Equity also does not charge those ridiculous ATM fees. If you are considering opening an account or switching to a different bank, I would highly suggest this location specifically.”

“Our Twin Lakes Fidelity branch is great; never long to wait on Lobby service and convenient for payment drops. When I recently had an issue with some overdraft fees charged to our account, I accessed Fidelity chat through my mobile app, twice, and got all my questions and issues resolved in two brief sessions. Great service from Kyli and Christi working together via chat to address the issue. As a hearing impaired client this is a valuable and easy to use service for me and appreciate having that access.
