“After having a business account with Emprise Bank for over 18 years, we encountered an issue where the bank withdrew hundreds of dollars from our account. We called and spoke with the branch manager about the situation. The branch manager did absolutely nothing to rectify it. Despite being the victims of unauthorized bank withdrawals, the branch manager alleged it was our fault. Needless to say, we closed our account. I would not recommend Emprise Bank to anyone. They remove funds from your account and then fail to address or correct the issue properly.

Received a phone call from the down town Wichita branch location 3 business days later and Kim gave us the customer care and service that you would expect after being a customer for 18 years! Not only was she super nice but she was very understanding and she offered to help correct the issue and refund the majority of the money. A little kindness goes a long ways!! I would give Kim's customer service skills 5 stars!!! So, the moral of the story is, if you need assistance with anything at Emprise Bank, call and ask for Kim at the downtown Wichita location! She will take good care of you!!”
