Picked a cheaper carpet for a rental earlier in the week, but once I came back in with measurements we found there wasnt enough of the style I wanted...I found another that was a bit more per sq. ft., and they were willing to adjust a little to get me closer to the original one I picked out. End result was great, even my carpet layer was impressed with the quality. Very friendly group.”

“Came in the morning needed supplies for moving. The lady at the counter was nice in assisting which aisle to go to and to price match. A man met me at the aisle to help me find the product, helped bring it to the front, and even offered to bring it to my car. It was raining and he still walked it out for me. “We have bought many bricks and stones from ACME. I LOVE that store and their employees. They helped me lay out my firepit. Then I had an idea for a barnboard fireplace with stone and stone hearth. “For Truckers delivering here the Truck Entrance is on 'W Harry Ct' and Receiving is next to loading dock doors.Very good place to deliver, I was a day late due to equipment issues but they still accepted the load and were very professional and understanding.10/10 would deliver here again(And hopefully on-time next time)”

“Recently purchased a smoker from the west side ridge road lowes. After having multiple troubling experiences with the derby lowes assembly and delivery team, I went back to the west side lowes for help. Manager Bill listened to my concerns and took it upon himself to correct the mistakes that the derby lowes had made multiple times. If it was not for Bill as well as his associate in lawn and garden who was a fire fighter. I definitely would have taken my business elsewhere. I will forever only shop at the west side ridge road lowes!”
“Went in since the house needed renovations done, and one worker in particular stood out, Ronnie over in plumbing. Talk about 5 star service! He came over to help us when we first came in, and then left when we were done getting what we needed, then when we found out we needed more items and couldn't find them, he came to help out once again, taking the time to help us find the products needed, and then went above and beyond by helping pick out parts that would work better!”
