“This is the second time we have hired American Movers and just like the first time, this time was just as great. They communicate well. They provide a tracker so you can time things accordingly. We find them to always be hardworking, efficient, friendly, professional and careful. Our movers were Jerome and Allen - would highly recommend these two men for your moving needs. Prices are very fair for the services as well. They traveled two hours from Wichita to pack us up and move the items 1 1/2 hours from there.”

Even when I forget about when it's time to pay for my storage unit on time she calls me and just a friendly reminder that my rent is do. She doesn't do like some other places and harras me about my rent.

We got spaces at a satellite facility. Nice covered spaces! The company was readily responsive to our needs related to an initial 4 star review! It was a pleasant surprise to find such nice covered spaces and a friendly, responsive company! Those things are lacking in so many companies these days that it's wonderful to find one who is attuned to their clientele and want to see them happy! We definitely recommend Prime Storage to others!”

There were no problems or concerns and the location was convenient. I had to figure out what to do with my brothers belongings when we had to move him into a supervised nursing facility. The staff/owner was very polite and professional. When it was time for us to remove his stuff and close it out, the process went smoothly. Couldn't have asked for.”
