“The facility and unit were clean! The attendant in the office was virtual so it appears someone is always available during business hours. Totally different experience from Public Storage on Tyler - Avoid that place at all costs! What a dump!!!”

There were no problems or concerns and the location was convenient. I had to figure out what to do with my brothers belongings when we had to move him into a supervised nursing facility. The staff/owner was very polite and professional. When it was time for us to remove his stuff and close it out, the process went smoothly. Couldn't have asked for.”
“Have had 4 different units there over the past few years. 2 outside units as well. I have never had an issue with theft or vandalism. Ruby and her staff are all friendly and professional. I will never store my stuff anywhere ever again.”
“I had an issue with a large crack in the pavement in my unit and dampness on the floor on the west side. The person at the front desk assured me that she would let maintenance know and get back with me the following day. No report the next day. That's strike #1. All else was fine.”

“We stored our pontoon boat there for almost a year and the price was very affordable first off, and the owner anytime I needed to speak to him called back immediately. Above all our boat was always safe and that’s the most important thing. Only reason for moving it is we are moving further ourselves. Would definitely recommend this place.
