“In-person check-in a little slow, but staff was very helpful and friendly. Using uhaul app to return truck was extremely frustrating. The app glitched / reset four separate times, each time just prior to completing ALL eight (8) photos. Each glitch required restarting the series of photos over again. By the fourth attempt to complete return, I was running around the truck like a mad-man, cursing the stupid piece of uhaul app!! The app was the worst part of the rental.”

“We have used them many times. Always been very happy. Only complaint is not greeting the same rate for a one way as a round trip. It would've cost us twice as much to rent a round trip than a one way. Trouble was we had to drive to the city to pick up a truck then take two vehicles back. Pain in the butt!”
