“Had an excellent experience at the collision center at Hendrick Chevrolet. I had to bring my 2021 Honda civic in for some minor damage and everyone I met with was very friendly and helpful. They took their time explaining the repair estimate to me and the estimated time it would take to make repairs. They kept me updated along the way so I always knew what the status of my vehicle was. When the work was finished. The reviewed everything with me and even had my car cleaned. I would recommend Hendrick to anyone who needs repair work done.”

“I rubbed up against a yellow pole back in 2018 shortly after purchasing my last car, leaving yellow paint but no dent. Touch of Color had very competitive pricing and was able to get us in quickly. They only had to repaint one of our doors and the color matched perfectly. Now, 5ish years later the paint along the top of the door has started to flake and chip pretty significantly. The rest of the car’s paint is fine, it’s just the part I got fixed back in 2018/2019. All in all, the job lasted 5 years fine and we did go with the cheapest place we could find so although I wish the paint job would’ve lasted longer, I do feel like we got enough for what we paid back then.”
“Finally nice to find a shop. I’m not from area so I basically went off other peoples reviews. Been to several other shops, I won’t name....lucky them. I was told many different things by these shops. Joe did an inspection. I gave him a budget and he made great decisions. Car rides the best it has, engine has more power. The AC is colder and ready for summer”
“Another day and a completely different experience than the previous time. Was getting a warning message that I needed to replace brake pads and rotors. They took a look and said I still had several mil left on my existing pads. Many shops would have just replaced them anyway but they were honest with me, reset the message, and gave me a free car wash to boot! I’ll be back the next time this message comes up.”

Even when I did have a misunderstanding with one of their members, the manager took it very seriously and the situation was rectified immediately.
This is just to say that the management honestly care and they listen.
I personally recommend booking your services with either Spencer or Brandon. Both are professional and accommodating.”

“The first time I took my car for service was better than this last. Virginia was great she was super communicative and efficient but last time they had my car for just an oil change and did a wash, filled washer fluids and what not. This time I had a lot more that needed to be done and the car was dirtier inside than I had left it and they didn’t uphold that same quality of care when it came to topping things off. If that’s just a first time customer perk/experience, I understand, but if that’s the standard you’re going to set and then regress when I come back for almost triple the services then it is a bit disappointing. That being said, the work they do there is good.”

I was visiting from out of town and my 2024 Land Cruiser had the check engine light on. Steven knew I was trying to get back to Colorado. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and he went out of his way to help the situation and for that, I am grateful. Steven got my car in, quickly looked at, and I was able to get on the road that day.”
