“I had a great experience with this auto shop. The gentleman working the front desk, Matt, was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. My car broke down unexpectedly, and he were quick to help me out. He charged my battery to help me get me back on the road and made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciated how honest, knowledgeable, and efficient he was. It’s hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about its customers, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable service. Thank you again for all your help!”

“Mission Auto KC Diagnostic $178.71: Technician actually took the time to identify the issue where our previous mechanic had guessed, incorrectly. Staff is personable, mechanic is knowledgeable, service is friendly and they offered a 5% discount for Google Review. Repairs completed this morning. 5 stars for ridding us of the rattle!”

“Honest shops are hard to find. JoCo Auto is the place you’re looking for. Truck was pulling thought it was an alignment issue. they did make a slight adjustment but said it was actually my tires causing the pull. I was skeptical but in the past I learned to trust these guys. I got a new set and just like they said it fixed the pull.”

“I called F&M to see if they could help reattach the engine undershield that had become loose when I ran over a curb. They worked me in that day! I only had to wait about an hour. I greatly appreciated their prompt attention and repair!”

“My son recommend me this place for oil change. I called yesterday and got an appointment the very next day at 8:30 am. As soon as i got there they started working on my vehicle. Then I found out they offer more services then just an oil change. Customer service was great as well car service. I totally recommend this place ?”

“I've been telling anyone who will listen that this is a reputable, ethical business! They diagnosed an a/c issue that even the dealership couldn't find. They gave us an estimate that we agreed to, and then actually brought the job in under. When's the last time an auto shop under charged you? Go see them for your repair and maintenance; you won't be sorry.”

“I had a great experience here. Tom really went above and beyond—he took the time to research the issue with my car, followed up with me and made sure to let me know what’s possible and what’s the best option. He even took care of a fix for me at no charge. What stood out to me most was the genuine care behind the service. In a modern world where so many interactions can feel purely transactional, Tom’s kindness and willingness to help reminded me of an old-fashioned sense of humanity that’s becoming harder to find. I truly appreciated it and would definitely recommend this shop.”

“My wife and I have bought two vehicles from Hawk Automotive. Sean has a way of making the purchase of a vehicle smooth and easy! Never any pressure and relentless phone calls you get from other dealers. He and his brother Mario make car buying the way it should be…fun! I highly recommend Hawk Automotive! If you’re needing a new car give them a shout. You will be glad you did!”

“12 years later. I haven't talked to this guy in years. I have a leaking seal and it appears to be more than what I can do due to limitations no lift. I don't know why he didn't instantly pop up in my mind last week. I just read some of his reviews. A 4.7 isn't a bad rating, but the guy deserves a 5.0. He is very customer driven and honest.”

“I am extremely happy with my recent Audi purchase and cannot thank Anthony Tavelli at the Audi dealership in Shawnee Mission, Kansas enough for his patience, courtesy and professionalism. I give him 5-stars+. I am definitely an “Audi Guy” and knew that I wanted the Q3 model and Anthony helped guide me to get the exact interior and exterior colors that I wanted! I also give 5+ stars to Evan Huff at the dealership who helped explain all the features of the car to me and how everything worked. He even kindly delivered the new Audi to my home so that he could program the garage opener on the car for me. I highly recommend any purchase with Anthony and Evan, the process was seamless and easy with them and I am completely satisfied.”

“The finished product was excellent! The car looks like it was never in an accident. If I had a complaint, it took a long time to get my car into the shop to begin the repair process. I will say that my insurance company didn’t have a great deal of urgency to complete the negotiations with the contractor.”

“Another day and a completely different experience than the previous time. Was getting a warning message that I needed to replace brake pads and rotors. They took a look and said I still had several mil left on my existing pads. Many shops would have just replaced them anyway but they were honest with me, reset the message, and gave me a free car wash to boot! I’ll be back the next time this message comes up.”

“Just had car dropped off by tow truck but the service i had received do to the complications of how to get it towed i specifically needed to talk with a technician and the hospitality i received was great! “I have had issues with my brakes since June. I finally decided not to take it back to the place I had been taking it to, and took it to Gooddeal. Jacob has been awesome and I want to thank whoever the mechanic was that worked on my car and took the time to fix my problem after the previous company did not. I know it was a long process trying to figure out what exactly was wrong. But now, I feel safe in my car which I haven't for the last 5 months. Thank you Gooddeal for the time and effort. I highly recommend!!!! Also they replaced my timing chain and water pump on a previous occasion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!”

“My parents trusted Butler C&D for years, and I’m happy to say that same level of quality and service has continued under the new ownership of Caliber Collision! I just got my Porsche back, and they did an incredible job. From the bodywork to the paint, everything looks fantastic. The customer service was equally impressive, with the entire office team being friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with. It’s great to see the same commitment to quality continue. Highly recommend!”

“I recently had some scratches and scuffs in the paint on the lower left fender. The guys at A Touch of Color did great work and were so easy to deal with. First they offered me some options, and then they proceeded with the option I chose. The Audi now looks fantastic. Best paint repair work I have ever had done. Way recommended!”

“Had an excellent experience at the collision center at Hendrick Chevrolet. I had to bring my 2021 Honda civic in for some minor damage and everyone I met with was very friendly and helpful. They took their time explaining the repair estimate to me and the estimated time it would take to make repairs. They kept me updated along the way so I always knew what the status of my vehicle was. When the work was finished. The reviewed everything with me and even had my car cleaned. I would recommend Hendrick to anyone who needs repair work done.”

“We’ve been taking our cars to Mickey for several years now and can’t say enough about his integrity, superb workmanship and pricing. On more than one occasion, he has gone above and beyond, like the time he went out of his way on a parts hunt to repair the broken hatch handle on my old SUV, and returned it to perfect working order at a price far below what I’d expected. If I could give ten stars, I would!”

“Jake Schlegel and the entire team at Hendrick Chevrolet are truly unmatched when it comes to customer service. From start to finish, the whole experience was fast, easy, honest, and completely stress-free. They genuinely care about taking care of their customers, and it shows every single time. We wouldn’t even consider buying a vehicle anywhere else! Hendrick continues to prove why they’re the best in the business. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, save yourself the headache and go see Jake, you won’t regret it!”

“My car was rear ended and had damage to the bumper and more under the car. I took my car to Baron Collision and Rodney was wonderful! He showed me what would need to be replaced, gave me an estimate on the cost and an estimate of when it would be completed. I was kept updated by text of how the repairs were coming along and any estimate changes. Even though insurance was covering the repair, I thought the charges were very reasonable. The repairs were done on time and Rodney made the whole experience very easy. He even replaced my old battery at no charge and I was very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend them!-”

“I drive (or get towed ?) from Missouri. I won’t go anywhere else. Tony is the only mechanic I trust. He put a new engine in my 2001 Tahoe. Taking my 2006 in next. I know there are other honest mechanics out there. If you have one, you’re blessed. If you don’t, check out Tony’s Automotive. Great mechanic. Great guy.”

“I just had my oil changed and I couldn’t be happier! The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. The oil change was done quickly, and they even checked my tire pressure and fluid levels without me asking. I appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. Overall I loved the way Ahmaad was so helpful, professional I will definitely be returning for future services.”

“My family & I are in town for vacation and had a issue with my truck’s transmission. It left us all stranded. We were referred by a company that did a diagnostic test that pointed them towards the transmission. The employee’s here were professional, efficient and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond by explaining to us that we may still have a warranty on our truck and then referred us on. They were not out to gauge anyone and they knew exactly what they were doing. Because everything that they spoke to us about was legit. These are honest people. (which in today’s world is very hard to find). Definitely recommend this company!!!”
