“I was renting a car this location. The manager is one of coolest person I have ever seen in my life. There was another customer that reserved a car and his card declined due to credit score, what I understand since he didn’t have a credit. And the manager was keep telling if he had another card. The guy freaked out and became mad. Insulting the manger but he never responded him a word what a patience. If it was me. it would have been totally different. But Avis corporate should send email the customers before they go agency’s.”
