“Keegan, who picked me up from my house to take me to the Enterprise office, was so very nice nice and drove really safely. I had done all of the pre-registration on the app, so getting the car was very easy and fast. The car drove great. Returning it was easy. I don’t remember the name of the nice man who drove me home, but he also drove safely. Everything was great.”

“I recently had a corporate rental through Enterprise in Olathe, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, Lee, the branch manager, and Cooper provided exceptional customer service.
Unfortunately, the first vehicle I received ended up needing automotive attention. As soon as I notified Lee, he immediately stepped in, made the situation a priority, and had me into another vehicle almost right away. What could have been a frustrating experience was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. Lee went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and that level of service did not go unnoticed.
Cooper was equally fantastic during both pickup and return. He was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire process quick and easy.

They walked me through the process, waited for me to do a thorough check of the condition of the vehicle. They were insanely busy and couldn't show me all of the features of the car but they did say if there were any issues to call. I highly recommend this location. The customer service is there, they help look for cost savings, they are also super polite and professional. If I ever need to rent a car again, I will be going to this location.”
