Guests enjoy the smell of popcorn and the option to have butter layered on their popcorn, along with heated seats that are perfect for colder days. The XD3D movies with moving and shaking seats, along with the small arcade, add to the fun. Staff members are friendly and helpful, making the visits enjoyable. While the theater provides a great environment and quality sound, some find the ticket prices higher than before, feeling they are no longer as affordable as in the past. Overall, Cinemark Merriam and XD is a popular choice for a comfortable and entertaining movie outing.
Prices were great. Seats were okay....yes, just okay. I am used to reclining seat.... Updated...seats now recline! Great time.

Very nice experience. We drove across town from Grandview to see Michael then had dinner at a local restaurant. Cinemark Merriam is highly recommended.
