“This the second FIVE star review of Burnett Automotive in the last year. I recently bought tires for my wife's car which was a terrific experience. They helped me with the pricing and selection that best fit her car. My car had to be looked at for a challenging repair on the suspension. I never even thought about taking it to the dealership. Jordan and Chadd identified the problem and were relentless about getting it fixed and fixed right. Many other shops would have given up but they got it done and fixed at a very fair price. From greeting you at the door, to communication, service and price, I would highly recommend using them for all your auto tire and repair needs.”

“I made an appointment for an oil change today and was helped by Stephen. He provided excellent customer service, was very personable, and didn’t try and oversell me on upgrades. He also checked pressure in all my tires and filled them all up to proper levels. In and out in 20 minutes without leaving my car seat! “Worked with Cody and Gary at the Rainbow location yesterday and couldn't be happier. What a great team!! Cody helped me with my wife's old SUV sharing details about their service and suggesting other ideas regarding the vehicle in addition to a super fast oil change. I noticed a flyer in the waiting area they clean the fog from the cars headlights which was thoroughly explained so decided while there to also have that work done. Honestly, it would’ve been so easy for the staff to say there’s not much we can do here and send me on my way given the countless hurdles we experienced with my Nissan Altima. Rooster and Cam did what so many other places fail to do, they cared! It was a phenomenal experience, I can’t thank them enough for fixing my AC and having the patience while things didn’t go our way!
