“I usually take my cars to Burnett but this was the first time taking my van to the Burnett near 112th and College. They were very friendly, professional and easy to work with. I dropped my van off early in the morning to have the several warning lights taken care of, an oil change and have my tires looked at. When checking out, they explained everything to me about what was done and why the warning lights. The checkout area was very clean and organized. I would defiantly take my cars back to this Burnett.”

They were explained their reasoning for any of their recommendations and while it was a speedy service I don't feel rushed. They were also kind to my little kiddo. “This was the quickest oil change I have ever experienced. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Each and every staff member was extremely kind and professional. They were full of smiles and happy to help me. Often, other places that do these type of services are full of cranky workers - but not Jiffy Lube! Amazing experience!”

“Went here for an oil change for my company fleet car. Joseph told me it would be a 45 min wait until they could service my car as there were only 3 techs for this morning and a few cars ahead of me. Not a problem as I actually had time. His estimation was correct and he was very professional as well. Excellent service and they were very patient as my company had to give payment over the phone. This location should be proud of the courteousness and professionalism as to how they are with each customer as I had noticed it wasn’t just me that left with satisfaction guaranteed. Highly recommend going to this location if you don’t have a busy morning planned.”

“During our time at McCarthy Honda we worked with Ben and he is incredible at his job! He is a straight shooter and his motivation really was to find a car that was the best fit for us. He happily and professionally handled all of our questions, comments & concerns. He was knowledgeable about the cars in stock, financing options and respectful of our boundaries. We did find a car we loved, but it was outside of our decided budget. During negotiations we worked with Rodney. He patiently and kindly explained exactly why the price point we were trying to negotiate down to wasn't feasible, but he did try to find creative solutions to get us in something similar within our budget. Even after he realized the sale likely wasn't going to happen, he was never patronizing or dismissive. Ultimately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle during this visit. We are going to keep up with their new inventory as it comes in online because we actually WANT to buy from them. In today's world we (as a society) have to be more cognizant than ever about putting our money in the hands of good people, and we have no doubt McCarthy Honda is one of the best dealerships in town (if not THE best) with GREAT people. If you are new to buying cars or are tired of "used car salesman gimmicks", start here, ask for Ben or Rodney, and prepare for a top tier car buying experience!”
