“This the second FIVE star review of Burnett Automotive in the last year. I recently bought tires for my wife's car which was a terrific experience. They helped me with the pricing and selection that best fit her car. My car had to be looked at for a challenging repair on the suspension. I never even thought about taking it to the dealership. Jordan and Chadd identified the problem and were relentless about getting it fixed and fixed right. Many other shops would have given up but they got it done and fixed at a very fair price. From greeting you at the door, to communication, service and price, I would highly recommend using them for all your auto tire and repair needs.”

The young man that waited on me was so curtious, repaired my tire quickly at no charge. I promised to return for more services. I didn't realize all the repairs they performed. “First time in! Easy in-and-out oil change without leaving my car. The crew was very attentive and friendly while I was in line and also in the garage. My air filter hadn’t been replaced in quite some time, so they got that installed during the visit as well. The pricing is based on convenience, so this is a great option if you’re over your oil’s mileage and need a change ASAP.”

“I love how quick and efficient they are. Every location I've been to the employees are always friendly and happy to do an oil change or just put air in your tires. I love that they do the little inspection when you get your oil changed. Makes me feel like they care if my vehicle is safe to drive.”

“They’ve been short handed 2 of 3 times I’ve come here. They do their best to get you in and out. You sign in at the bay which makes it hard to hear what they’re saying and makes it awkward. I get tire rotations at Walmart since I paid for lifetime rotations. They weren’t able to do it due to short staff. Now Have to schedule at another Walmart.”
