Everyone I had contact with was wearing mask. The front CB office guys are always professional and knowledgeable about situations I come to them to have checked or handled. Prices are reasonable. Service is convenient and timely. Front office is clean and following COVID protocal.

I had them diagnose and then replace my water pump. It was more expensive than my usual shop(which was too busy) but they were able to get it done the same day I dropped it off which was very nice. Very honest people to work with. We went in with a diagnosed problem from a dealer and after inspection by Burnett they said they could not find anything that would warrant the work suggested from the dealer. It is refreshing to work with an auto repair company you can trust. Definitely will be my go to auto repair.
