He was very clear in his explanation of my current financial options and was very pleasant to have handling my transaction as I could tell he really knows his stuff and is actually trying to inform me what I have available to me as a customer!!! Not all working class folk care to learn there job well enough to do more then just clock-in& out but I legit felt as though he was concerned with getting me exactly what i wanted! “I've rented from this Public Storage in the past, and needed more storage space so I went back to this location because I always have a good experience.
The property manager, Bobbie, goes above and beyond to help if a problem arises. I had trouble opening a door, and she responded immediately.
She had to walk all the way down to my unit to help. She pushed a cart full of tools in the hot sun.
Come on Public Storage, get her a golf cart or some sort of transportation to get around the property.
I felt sorry for her and offered to give her a ride, but she politely refused and pushed the cart back across the property. Thanks again Bobbie for your help.”
“I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the office. The manager and the assistant manager made sure all my questions were answered. I was embarrassed the way I was dressed. I just wanted breakfast. I seen the storage units from the road as I went to breakfast. While I was eating I called and they had a unit I was interested in. Well I'm a customer now. Thumbs up!”
“Tim is nice and professional. And HE IS ACTUALLY THERE. Somebody answers the phone if you call, somebody is there if you have a question or need anything.
The place is clean, secure, convenient to navigate. Plus, they have just nice little things that I wouldn’t have expected from a storage unit, little conveniences like: dollies and carts that are just there and available for you to use . Clean, indoor restrooms, and vending machines. The online management system and payments are simple and easy. Haven’t had any issues. I am really glad I decided to go with JustStorage.”
