“I've rented from this Public Storage in the past, and needed more storage space so I went back to this location because I always have a good experience.
The property manager, Bobbie, goes above and beyond to help if a problem arises. I had trouble opening a door, and she responded immediately.
She had to walk all the way down to my unit to help. She pushed a cart full of tools in the hot sun.
Come on Public Storage, get her a golf cart or some sort of transportation to get around the property.
I felt sorry for her and offered to give her a ride, but she politely refused and pushed the cart back across the property. Thanks again Bobbie for your help.”

I seen the storage units from the road as I went to breakfast. While I was eating I called and they had a unit I was interested in. Well I'm a customer now. Thumbs up!”
