“All the doors were replaced on the units and a new lock was installed on my unit when I was out of town. I was driving back in town in a severe thunderstorm and tornados. I needed to get the storage office before they closed to get my new keys. Ty (the property manager) was authorized to leave early because of the weather. Ty waited the storm out in the office to wait for me to arrive to make sure I got my new keys. I appreciate him being very professional and considered the needs of his tenants over his safety from the storms. Thank you! I will recommend Extra storage space.”

“The GM Xzavier here is absolutely incredible!!!! I called to explain what I was wanting to do and he was patient in listening to me and my desired outcome and HE HAD A BETTER OFFER!!! He was very clear in his explanation of my current financial options and was very pleasant to have handling my transaction as I could tell he really knows his stuff and is actually trying to inform me what I have available to me as a customer!!! Not all working class folk care to learn there job well enough to do more then just clock-in& out but I legit felt as though he was concerned with getting me exactly what i wanted! “Tim is nice and professional. And HE IS ACTUALLY THERE. Somebody answers the phone if you call, somebody is there if you have a question or need anything.
The place is clean, secure, convenient to navigate. Plus, they have just nice little things that I wouldn’t have expected from a storage unit, little conveniences like: dollies and carts that are just there and available for you to use . Clean, indoor restrooms, and vending machines. The online management system and payments are simple and easy. Haven’t had any issues. I am really glad I decided to go with JustStorage.”

“Update 1/26: Recently I was no longer in need of storage space so I moved out of my unit at this facility. Angel, the new manager, personally assisted me and and made sure my exit went smoothly. He answered all my questions, provided excellent service, and demonstrated that he truly cared.
I have had a great experience with this company for the 16 months I have rented a unit. The facility is modern, high-tech, secure, convenient, and clean. What more could you ask for? The people running this are doing a great job.
If you want to change to a different size unit, be sure to go through customer service so that you will be given credit for the rest of the current month that you already paid. I did this wrong by trying to do it myself online. Luckily the district manager Chris reached out to me and remedied the situation so that I did not feel cheated.”
