Was not aware of COA could only be done at certain location. This one was one of a few location that is near me. Was told to go to another location due to my zip code. Would be great if this info was posted on website and email they sent me

Danyell is a true god send. I had a million packages to mail and she handled the flow of customers and my needs flawlessly. Best experience I’ve had at the post office in awhile.

I go to this post office regularly, the workers are always kind and helpful (assuming you're going there for something they can actually help with and not nonsense that's outside of their control) and you can skip the line 90% of the time by using the self service kiosk.
