“The email asked for a rating, but it also said I returned the truck first thing Friday instead of last thing Thursday. Then it said zero balance due, but I didn't get the 300 refunded to the credit card yet. As long as I wasn't charged for an extra day and the full 300 comes back, then they get 5 stars. 👍 They should probably wait a few days before they give people the link to make a review.”

“I recently had a corporate rental through Enterprise in Olathe, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From start to finish, Lee, the branch manager, and Cooper provided exceptional customer service.
Unfortunately, the first vehicle I received ended up needing automotive attention. As soon as I notified Lee, he immediately stepped in, made the situation a priority, and had me into another vehicle almost right away. What could have been a frustrating experience was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care.
