About Jefferson on the Lake
Jefferson on the Lake has a nice location close to a lovely lake where you may enjoy fishing, unwind, watch the sunset and be close to big shopping areas and restaurants. The apartments are okay and the area is mostly quiet except occasional motorcycle revving. Management and the ladies in the office are professional, nice and help, answering inquiries knowledgeably and without hesitation. Dumpsters are emptied on time every time and maintenance concerns are small and resolved. The apartment feels comfortable and you enjoy the apartment and the close location.

They nickel and dime you and scam you for paying for bike storage spot which was always free you have to pay for the pool you can’t ever contact them

Our apartment was infested with roaches the first night we were there. Luckily we were able to get out of our lease because it was uninhabitable. We should’ve paid more attention to the reviews on here as it would’ve saved us time and money.

I lived here almost 2 years. Cock roaches everywhere. Security lights not working. I put in work orders and still waiting for someone to do something that was un September. I will be moving out. U do not recommend this place to anyone. Over priced rent.
