They don’t make me feel like a burden and they always put me in such a good mood! I have been to other UPS stores and this location is always my favorite. Jackie seems like a great leader and they always seem to have good staff there as well!”

“Ive been here a handful of times and each time I have had a good experience. Sure there is a line sometimes but it’s not like Olathe is some small town. This is a very busy location and its understaffed unfortunately, but thats not the employees fault. Give some grace and be kind, they have processes they have to follow and it can take time!”
