“Jackie and her team are the best! I always come in with a LOT of Amazon returns and they are so friendly, patient and helpful. They don’t make me feel like a burden and they always put me in such a good mood! I have been to other UPS stores and this location is always my favorite. Jackie seems like a great leader and they always seem to have good staff there as well!”

“I had a problematic print job (a Christmas present), and Kaitlin was wonderful in making sure that I was completely happy with the finished project. She patiently made changes and was just generally awesome. ALL THIS while she was manning the store **by herself**, helping one customer after another. She was amazing to watch in action, I'll be honest. She told me that her "spirit animal is an octopus", which I can totally believe. Thank you, Kaitlin! You are amazing!!!”

“Had two packages. One had a bar code on it. There was no problem with that. The other one I just had an address. They cannot take packages like that and cannot print out the label so you can mail it from there. I was asked to go elsewhere.”

“First time in was pretty fast just make sure you have your ducks in a row even if you are not sure how the amazing return works. Second time in same situation, the lady with the larger rear end is not very patient and not very friendly unless you are the same color and know her by name, that is when she is friendly.”

“Ive been here a handful of times and each time I have had a good experience. Sure there is a line sometimes but it’s not like Olathe is some small town. This is a very busy location and its understaffed unfortunately, but thats not the employees fault. Give some grace and be kind, they have processes they have to follow and it can take time!”

“Have always loved this location and don't understand the one star reviews. If you get in line behind 15 people, you're going to have to wait just like anyone else.”
