“My pastor recommended Christian Brothers Automotive after bringing my car to 4 different mechanics including the Kia dealership who was unwilling to diagnose beyond checking for a code (which did not show up, along with no check engine light). After weeks of no solution, hopping from one mechanic to another, and signs that my car was performing worse, I was pretty discouraged. However, from the very first phone conversation with Christian Brothers I was met with exceptional customer service, a friendly demeanor and an inquisitive interaction that made me feel as though this place actually cared about helping to find a solution to my problem. I walked in and witnessed a guest finishing up her transaction and I could tell that she was so pleased with their services. From that point on, I was convinced that I was at the right place. Both reps at the desk were friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere while I explained my car issues. The diagnostic that I received via text was so incredibly detailed and was organized by priority of repair. Not once did I feel like I was being sold something that I didn’t need. Most importantly, they found the issue! My car was finished days earlier than expected (parts had to be ordered but they arrived quickly) and so that was a pleasant surprise. Once repairs were completed and I turned the corner to drive away, I felt like I had a brand new car. I went from feeling like I was driving through sludge to flying (safely) down the street, light as a feather! And my gas mileage is back to normal. My relief and joy was palpable! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Matter of fact, a friend of mine will be dropping her car off there in the coming days. “I brought my car in for a diagnostic. My vehicle was intermittently losing power and leaving me stranded. I brought it into Celso's Honest auto repair and knew immediately I was in good hands. The gentlemen checked me and in and let me know they'd keep me updated. I received a call a few hours later saying they needed more time to diagnose. They kept my car overnight and called me the next afternoon with my diagnostic. They took the time yo explain the issue and the repairs needed. They made me feel like I was family. They took care of my diagnostic fee, knowing that my car was shot. It was the kindest gesture to a struggling single mom. I will ABSOLUTELY be back for any and all car repairs in the future. “Olathe Transmission replaced the transmission valve body in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The part was in short supply following a united auto worker strike and the pandemic, but this shop was able to get the part in the same amount of time as the dealership (more than a month) for half the price, along with their added expertise in installation and reprogramming. So, I had the car towed from the dealership to Olathe Transmission. They took great care and had the car fixed in 2 days as promised after the part finally arrived.”
