“Took my daughters PT cruiser in for tire replacement on the front two tires. Paid in advance so she could pick it up later that day. When she got it home we noticed only 4/5 lug nuts were securing tire. there were 5 at drop off and no one mentioned it when she picked up the car. she stopped by the next day after work to ask and was told the stud under the lug it crumbled when they took it off. They gave her the number of a repair shop. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect an explanation at time of pick up or even better a call asking how to proceed. I think it’s reasonable to have 5 lug nuts in place when you pick up if they were there when you drop off! EDITED: I received a call from the manager within 3 business days and they are repairing the stud. There was quite a bit of back and forth from the staff and repair shop, but it all got worked out.”

“Arrived at 8am for a walk-in rotation/balance/alignment. Drove away at 8:30am. Vibration was completely gone and my 2010 Mazda3 with 213k miles drove like it was brand new. Both the guys that moved my car had no problem with it being a manual.The guys at this store always do a great job and are a pleasure to interact with.”
