They even pointed out a few deals around the store that helped me save some cash. That kind of customer service really stands out. Great selection and a great team working there.”

“I was in the Spencer's the other day and my grandson wanted a sweatshirt for his birthday. I happened to notice there was an online sale going on so was telling my grandson we could order the sweatshirt online and he'd get it in a few days. The manager was kind enough to match the online discount so my grandson could get the sweatshirt that day. Awesome job!!!”

“Went looking for a suit for my son for a semi formal company party and this is definitely the place to go. Very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us basically took my son by the hand and helped him piece together exactly the perfect suit for his style and event. I forgot the gentleman’s name who helped us but he definitely knows what he’s doing which is good thing cause last time I wore a suit was in 1995 in military so my son definitely needed guidance better than dad.”
“Burlington is a great place to find household items, gifts, and everything in between. The store may get a bit messy because it's popular, but it's always clean. Customer service is usually great. I ran a couple of errands and decided to go into Burlington. It turned into an uncomfortable experience shortly after I walked through the door. The store closes at 11, I walked in at 10:39 already planning on a real quick run through, which I made crystal clear when initially asked if I needed anything by a blonde woman who appeared to be the manager. I was the only customer in the store and she approached me multiple times. I was trying to look at jewelry for my mother, beauty products for a friend, etc; she followed me around to ask if I needed anything two more times. As she was trying to rush me and disguise it as customer service, she was also being counterproductive by making my trip take longer than I had planned. While I was in the household section, I hear her on the handheld radio announcing my presence and previous locations. Getting a head count would make sense for a closing manager, but adding the departments I had been previously in only further shows she was following me around. I reassured her co-worker that I was almost done. That lady and the cashier were as nice as can be. I was in the store for about 15 minutes, which would have been less had the manager been professional.”

“This boutique is INCREDIBLE! Brooklyn and Nichole are simply THE BEST! I live 3 hours away and when I show up in store, they call me by name! They have shipped items for me as well as held items until I could make it in store. The dressing rooms were a little messy and there were a lot of clothes to be returned to the rack. Customer Service was okay. There was a little bit of a line and the customer service agent that I had was not very friendly. Overall I give the store 8 out of 10 and I will definitely go back and shop again.”

“Can always find a good deal here! I actually went the day before Christmas for a few last minute things and was extremely impressed with all the staff!! Even though it was very crowded and there was a very long line for checkout, they evidently planned well for this and were staffed well!! The line moved VERY quickly and staff were great. ? you could see the staff were really working and maybe close to being overloaded but they were still very nice and polite.”
