JCPenney is a large apparel and home furnishing retailer offering a wide range of national and private brands. Customers find this particular location to be the nicest in the area, with an excellent selection, good store layout, and very helpful employees. Many appreciate the good prices and offers, the convenient and plentiful parking, and note the store is very clean. However, experiences vary. Some find the building conditions poor and note it seems dirty, with one customer disappointed by very low stock that made selections poor and departments picked over. While pickup orders are ready and accurate, the customer service counter can move very slowly, leading to a suggestion for a separate pickup line. Despite some concerns over the building and inventory, many customers gladly make a special trip to shop at this store.
