In addition to the best bras, I just tried their camis and swimsuits. They're wonderful. Honestly, the swimsuit is probably the best one I've ever had. “Jake is the best fit pro ive ever encountered! Friendly, caring, and genuinely wants the best for the customer. Didnt push me to buy anything, got multiple pairs of shoes for me to try, and fitted me with the exact right pair of insoles for my shoes. He even gave me exact measurements and recommendations as to what shoe size and type i would like because they werent available at the store.”
“I have never been so excited to write a review for a store. Ava went so far above and beyond to help us find the perfect dress.! She was kind and energetic when my daughter was trying dresses -on sharing knowledge and expertise about what dress would fit just right. Once she found the perfect dress, we were a little discouraged to hear that it might not arrive in time (since we started looking about 8 weeks before the wedding) BUT Ava worked her magic. She made phone calls and sent emails and located the dress in NYC! She even left extremely detailed notes so that when we called the following Tuesday, anyone answering the phone would know how to help us get the dress. I can’t recommend this store enough🤍”

“I've never had such a pleasant and judgement-free experience buying a bra. I'm a plus sized woman and both employees treated me with kindness and respect. They helped me find exactly what I needed. The bra I got is EXCELLENT quality and fits perfectly. I WILL be returning because I was glad to see so many plus sized options at weren't insultingly bland or ugly. They will also size you for free. “My shopping visit was 90% successful. My wife and I were shopping for clothes for a Caribbean vacation. As we walked in the top floor entrance we saw several sets of luggage at a great price. My wife had a mailer coupon with a 50% coupon. We thought about purchasing it but decided to waitband sed how much we spent on shorts and swim suits. I found a great deal in Saint John's Bay men's shorts for only $14.99 each. I bought 4 pair. I found on beachy print shirt nd bought it for the lust price of $34 knowing that I would pay $17 with our 50% off coupon. My wife bought a nice swim suit and a couple of other things. We thought we were under budget and decided to buy the 3 piece luggage and the price in the luggage was $129.99. At the register the final cost was was higher than we calculated. We simultaneously said we have the 50% off coupon. The person replied a couple of items didn't apply to the discount. And of course one of them was the luggage. Then she said something that annoyed me.She said the luggage will get 10% off. When I'm in public with other people waiting in line and get annoyed at something she said, I don't come off mad or angry but I do get comically sarcastic. I said so where does it say the luggage qualifies for a discount but not the 50% discount? She didn't answer and put her head down. I realized I may have embarrassed her so I said alright we will take the luggage. We were disappointed that we didn't get the 50% off but we did get good deals on the clothes. So that's why I said we were 90% successful because we only received 10% off the luggage.”
“They had a pretty good selection of clothes. The prices were ok and they had some sales going on which seems to be the norm. We weren't bothered as we browsed around the store either. Sometimes when your at a place in the mall the sales people are on you like a hawk, but not this place. They just left us alone until we had a question. When we did have a question about the product they were quick to respond with the best of answers. They seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they were carrying. I still think that this place is one of the most popular places to go for this kind of shopping. I can honestly say that you won't be dissatisfied with your own trip to this location. We now have added this place to our own little list of must visit shops.”

“I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”

I’ve always loved shopping at White House Black Market in Oak Park Mall. Every visit is consistently amazing. Maureen and Lory are always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond makes such a difference.
I also want to highlight Cherie, the manager. She sets the tone for the entire store. She is professional, kind, and always makes me feel welcomed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team, and it shows in every interaction.
I’ll continue returning to this location specifically because of Cherie and her team. They make the shopping experience outstanding every single time.”

“I love coming to this place and all the stuff is cute, however, it is starting to become apparent that sellers are using their “small business” title to sell things that they bought from large multibillion dollar companies for a very low price, and they put a price that would be about 10x the price than what they bought it for. There are a lot of great sellers with handmade products, but something that’s began to push it over the edge are some of the sellers selling “lafufus”. It’s starting to feel like going to the mall with all those cheap little toys that they charge you extra for. This place used to be a five stars for me, but recently, it’s been going downhill. I would still recommend it, but just keep an eye out for things you could probably get elsewhere for a better price, unless it is a handmade custom product by the seller. Other than that, this place is magical around Christmas time and there ARE sellers that have amazing products.”
