She helped me through the whole process of adding a line and buying a new phone. She did all of this and still gave the sell/credit to the other employee. “I was dreading getting a required SIM card replacement dealt with and was down to the wire on verge of losing service so stopped by this Boost Mobile location with my son today. To my surprise I had a fantastic outing. The free SIM card replacement was just the start. I asked Kay about adding hot spot service and by the time we wrapped up he gotten our 3 family phones pulled together on a 3/$100 plan, added hot spots to all AND our new plan is less than what I was paying prior. More features, less $ and efficient service with a smile and lots of laughs. Couldn't ask for more. You've earned a loyal customer and I will gladly share my experience with others.
